Jamdani is derived from two Persian words meaning Jam which means flower or blossoming and dani means vase or vessel. In ancient times, weavers used to take inspiration from their surroundings. Jamdani is famous for its floral patterns and translucent look. This ancient weave is comfortable and easy to carry.
This handwoven elegant saree is in beige colour, with beautiful peacock weaved on the pallu using the threads of blue, brown, pink and yellow. Beige colour symbolizes simplicity and comfort. The peacock represents pride, love and luxury. The elegant and modern look of the saree is best to give you a classy look along with the modern look at any event you wear it.
