Description

This captivating saree is a faithful Art Silk reproduction of the classic double-ikat Patola silk weave, delivering the intricate detailing and vibrant colour play in a comfortable and easy-to-care-for fabric. The primary colour is a rich, striking Peacock Blue, which serves as the background for the complex Patola prints. The saree features distinct panels: the body often showcases geometric and floral motifs (like Navratan/nine gems pattern) alongside stylized elephant (Hathi) prints in colours like purple, pink, and grey. The pallu and broad sections of the saree exhibit vertical bands of bold Patola designs, featuring large, stylized elephants and elaborate geometric waves/zigzag patterns. The saree is finished with a well-defined border featuring a traditional Patola pattern band and a thin, contrasting gold zari edge, beautifully mimicking the grandeur of real silk Patola.
