₹200 – Balcony: Enjoy the celebrations from the balcony seating.
₹500 – Upper Stalls: A closer view of the stage from the upper stalls.
₹700 – Centre Stalls: Best seating experience with a central view of the celebrations.

Nandotsav – Devotional & Cultural Celebration

1. Registration / Passes
   Entry is subject to a valid registration/pass confirmation and the availability of seating/venue capacity. Each attendee must possess a valid pass as applicable.
2. Physical Bands
   Participants must collect their physical entry band from the Box Office before entering the auditorium.
3. Event Schedule
   Participants are requested to arrive on time. The organisers reserve the right to modify the event schedule, timings, artists, or programme format if required due to unforeseen circumstances or operational considerations.
4. Children / Minors
   Children above 3 years will need a pass. Children and minors must be accompanied and adequately supervised by a parent or responsible adult at all times. The organisers shall not be responsible for unsupervised children.
5. Conduct & Decorum
   Participants are expected to maintain a respectful, peaceful, and cooperative environment throughout the event and follow the instructions of the organisers, volunteers, and venue personnel.
6. Devotional & Cultural Nature of the Event
   Nandotsav is a devotional and cultural celebration of Lord Shri Krishna. All attendees are expected to maintain the sanctity, dignity, discipline, and decorum appropriate to the nature of the event.
7. Seating
   Seating shall be as per the ticket/pass category allotted at the time of booking. Seats within the allotted category will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, unless otherwise specified by the organisers or venue.
8. Prohibited Items & Security Check
   The venue does not permit food, beverages, liquids, bottles, cans, tins, bags, lighters, matchboxes, flammable items, or any illegal or hazardous substances inside the venue or seating area.
   Security personnel may check/search ticket holders and their belongings at the entrance. If a ticket holder refuses a security search and/or is found in possession of any Prohibited Item, the organisers and/or venue authorities reserve the right to deny entry without refund or compensation.
9. Personal Belongings
   Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. The organisers and venue shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
10. Photography & Videography
    Photography and/or video recording may take place during the event for documentation, archival, publicity, and promotional purposes. By attending the event, participants acknowledge and consent to the use of such photographs/videos by the organisers.
11. Health & Safety
    Participants are responsible for informing the organisers of any relevant health conditions, allergies, or physical limitations that may affect their participation. Participants are expected to take appropriate care of their own health and safety during the event.
12. Venue Rules & Instructions
    All participants must comply with the rules, regulations, safety requirements, and instructions of the venue, security personnel, organisers, and event volunteers. Failure to comply may result in removal from the venue without refund or compensation.
13. Entry & Venue Capacity
    Entry is subject to venue capacity and applicable security requirements. Possession of a pass does not override the venue's safety, security, or capacity regulations.
14. Cancellation / Rescheduling / Changes
    The organisers reserve the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, relocate, or modify the event, programme, schedule, artists, or other arrangements due to unforeseen circumstances, force majeure, venue requirements, government directives, or other operational reasons.
15. Refunds
    Except where expressly communicated by the organisers, no refund or compensation shall be payable in cases of denied entry due to violation of these terms, possession of Prohibited Items, refusal to comply with security checks, late arrival, failure to carry a valid pass/band, or failure to comply with venue/event rules.
16. Final Decision
    The decision of the organisers and/or authorised venue personnel regarding entry, security, seating, participation, conduct, and event management shall be final and binding.
17. Acceptance of Terms
    Purchase/acceptance of a pass and/or entry into the venue shall be deemed as acceptance of these Terms & Conditions by the attendee.
